Fuel Injection Services has come a long way in 50 years. Formed in 1959 by Jack Freestone, Fuel Injection Services has built up a solid reputation for quality service delivery in the field of Fuel Injection Services in the Northwest. As diesel powered vehicles and applications increased in popularity over the years, the company has fought hard to maintain strong prominence in the field, expanding into a new location in 1992.

Our continuing investment in people and technology keep us at the forefront of servicing the modern diesel engine. Our customers still look for greater efficiency, lower fuel consumption and lower emissions. They expect us to have an eye for any development which impacts favorably on their operating costs.

Fuel Injection Services have in recent months been working with local transport companies to reduce their fuel costs. These companies have reported fuel savings of between 5 and 10%. They have been “going further for less”. Drivers have commented upon improved engine response and flexibility, characterised by improved hill climbing and a reduction in both driver fatigue and journey times.

We believe that whatever the vehicle application, the Eco Map system fits perfectly into the range of services which we currently offer to our customers.
Fuel Injection Services are pleased to offer a service which improves fuel economy, drive ability, reliability and reduces the carbon footprint. These are the targets we set ourselves some fifty years ago.

1992 vehicle workshops open and Fuel injection services awarded Lucas approved 'class A' diesel diagnostic centre status.

1998 diesel pump repair shop incorporated into Allan Booth grp.

1999 Fuel injection services attain approved Bosch diesel workshop status.

2004 Fuel injection services attain approved Nippon Denso workshop status.
