OUR SERVICES

Fuel Injection Service are able to carry out test and repair procedures to all Delphi, Denso and Bosch common rail high pressure fuel pumps. Using only OE authorised test equipment and genuine replacement parts, all units are repaired to exact manufacturer specifications.

As the severity of emission laws continues to increase so does the necessity for more accurate repair and calibration procedures for pumps and injectors.

Using the latest equipment from Hartridge in the form of AVM and AVM2 test benches and the new Bosch 815 test bench, Fuel Injection Services is able to repair 98% of all fuel pumps.

The electronic control systems found on theses test benches enable our technicians to calibrate to exact factory specifications.

Until recently, the Bosch VP44 range has been non-repairable since its 1996 launch. We were one of the first in the country to have the necessary test equipment. We will continue to invest, so our facilities are the best available.
