Using the latest diagnostic equipment from Bosch, Delphi and Denso there fully trained technichians have the experience and underlying knolwedge to diagnose and repair vehicle faults quickly and efficiently reducing vehicle down time and spiraling labour charges. 2004 has seen the addition of a new building to our present site specifically for the diagnosing and repair of Common rail vehicles.

This "clean room" is deemed essential to reduce the chance of contamination which could destroy a common rail fuel system and in extremes the vehicles engine.

Whenever a fault is suspected with the Common Rail system, we have the capability to correctly diagnose the precise cause of the problem.

With the use of the Delphi Diamond, Bosch KTS and Denso DST
Diagnostic tools, we can diagnose faults in the Common Rail
system by interrogating the Electric Contro Unit (ECU), enabling
us to quickly and efficiently determine and pinpoint faults
in the system.

Delphi's Sealed Rail Kit enables us to carry out a simple pressure
and backleakage test on a Common Rail system. This has now been
extended into the Heavy Duty sector with the launch of the Heavy
Duty Sealed Rail Kit.

The Delphi False Actuator Kit is used in conjunction with the Sealed
Rail Kit, and identifies any fault with the vehicle actuator by
generating pressure.
